One woman leading others in salah

Question

There is a hadith in Tabarani and Musnad Ahmad that says ” there is no good in women’s congregation” what’s the status of this hadith?

There is also a report from Ali saying a woman can never be an imam,

but hadiths in Musannaf ibn Abi Shaybah said Aishah and Umm Salamah (radiyallahu’anhuma) called adhan and led prayers. Are these sahih?

How did Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa salam) take his meals on the floor? i.e, the food was on the floor or how was it?

Can the following be regarded as sunnah or in conformity to Sunnah: a person eats whilst seated on the floor and his food on a raised table approximately 60 cm above the ground.

Proof for segregation

Question

I need to know if the verse below relates to any women or only for the wives of Rasullullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam)?

I see in todays times many Shaykhs speak directly to women and also many gatherings have men and women together.

Allah Ta’ala says in Surah Ahzab, verse 53:

وَإِذَا  سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِنْ وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ  ذَلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ

And when you ask anything from them (the blessed wives of the Prophet), ask them from behind a curtain. That is better for the purity of your hearts and their hearts.
