  A narration regarding Nabi’s (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) love for ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha)

  Question Is this Hadith reliable? Once Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) asked Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) ‘How is your love for me?’ ‘Like the rope’s knot’ he replied, [indicating that it is strong and secure]. Thereafter, she would ask him, ‘How is the knot?’ And he would reply: ‘In the same condition.’

  Question I would like to know whether the following Hadith is authentic: Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported, Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: منهومان لا يشبعان طالبهما طالب علم، وطالب الدنيا The seekers of two concerns are never satisfied; the seeker of knowledge and the seeker of the world.

  Question There is a Hadith which mentions Sayyiduna Abu Bakr’s regrets before his death. He mentioned, “There are three things I did, which I now regret, three things I did not do but wish I had done and I regret that I did not get clarification from Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) on three matters…” Is this authentic?
